Golden inspirations

Organised by Hong Kong Jewellers’ & Goldsmiths’ Association and sponsored by Hong Kong Trade Development Council and World Gold Council (WGC), the 16th Chuk Kam Jewellery Design Competition is based on WGC’s concept ‘Gold 4.0 – Innovate Outside of the Box; Inspire the Heart and Soul’. Contestants were divided into open group, student group and fashionable 18K group. Themes of the competition include ‘Renewed Traditions’, ‘Time and Tides’ and ‘Future Construction’. Out of the 162 entries received, 20 were chosen by the panel judges. Selected winning pieces are showcased here.
