Chow Tai Fook (CTF) receives four accolades among seven categories of the 9th Asian Excellence Award from Corporate Governance Asia, marking its 90th anniversary of establishment. The company obtained the Best Investor Relations Company in Hong Kong.
Its managing director Kent Wong and executive director and finance and operations and joint company secretary Hamilton Cheng were honoured as the Asiaʼs Best CEO and Asiaʼs Best CFO in Investor Relations while its director of investor relations and corporate communications Danita On won the Best Investor Relations Professional. Wong said they were delighted to receive awards for three consecutive years.
The Asian Excellence Award rewards companies excel at management acumen, financial performance, corporate social responsibility, environmental practices and investor relations since 2011. Cheng said CTF had adopted a stakeholder approach based on the principles of transparency, interactive engagement and fair treatment to uphold relations with stakeholders for the Group.
