Pandora will roll out rebranding campaign which marks the company’s largest marketing investment to date on 28 August in Los Angeles, to renew its entire customer experience to drive a “higher brand relevance”.
The brand will reveal its autumn collection dubbed “Programme NOW”, new company purpose, brand expression and visual identity in front of over 400 guests around the world as well as international media. "The event in Los Angeles marks the beginning of our journey to become more relevant for consumers. We have received very positive feedback to the marketing pilots we have conducted earlier this year, so we are eager to take this to consumers around the world and show a fresher and more contemporary Pandora," says Alexander Lacik, CEO of Pandora.
Targeted to offer refreshing consumer experience, the first rebranded store is scheduled to open in the UK, followed by stores in key markets including China and Italy this year and plans from few online stores and new interface on e-commerce sites such as Tmall to design collaborations with global franchises and partnerships with celebrities and influencers will be launched.
