The International Gemological Institute (IGI) announced to be the certification institute of The Collector’s Edition: An Exclusive Selection of Argyle Pink Diamonds by John Glajz, a Singapore-based authorized partner of Argyle pink diamonds for almost 25 years.
The collection offers rare pink, red and violet diamonds mined from Rio Tinto’s Argyle diamond mine which is slated to closes by 2020. IGI provides a full assessment report for each diamond’s Argyle origin, colour and clarity. It has already delivered more than 1,000 reports for these diamonds.
“Despite the Australian mine closing in 2020, the limited supply release will become a treasured collectible. As such, I look forward to working with IGI for the long-term so that The Collector’s Edition remains the leader in marketing the provenance of this valuable product,” John commented on the cooperation.
