Graff has appointed industry veteran Marc Hruschka to head its division in United States, reports directly to the company’s global CEO Francois Graff.
Hruschka has more than 25 years of experience in the luxury industry, including president and CEO of Chopard in United States, vice president for watches and jewellery at Chanel and Van Cleef & Arpels. He believes in technology and joined omnichannel sales technology startup Hero as the president of luxury strategy and partnerships. The technology is designed to create contact point via an interactive app between shoppers and in-store associates, has been adopted by LVMH and Ted Baker etc.
“Our task will be continuing to ensure that we set ourselves apart in a very competitive and ever-changing landscape. We intend to explore new technology and tools to help us achieve the very best possible customer service for our clients, who are true connoisseurs of luxury and fine jewellery,” Hrushka shared his planning.
