Sarine co-launches the first-ever light performance report with China’s National Gemstone Testing Center (NGTC) for China-based Yuanyumei (Y&M) Jewelry, after the signing of a strategic agreement in last year.
The report will be applied to the jewellery brand’s Rose D’Amour diamond collection. A launching ceremony "Beloved Roses Heading to the Light" was held at the Shenzhen IBC Mall at the beginning of September. Sarine said the introduction delayed in the light of Covid-19 pandemic.
David Block, Sarine CEO said, “The introduction of this new technology-based grading standard is part of Sarine’s and NGTC’s commitment to bring innovation and a new level of confidence and transparency to consumers.”
Light performance is a part of the Sarine and NGTC’s strategic agreement signed back in September 2019. Combining NGTC’s gemological research and diamond testing experience with Sarine’s advancement in Artificial Intelligence (AI), the system measures the brilliance, fire, sparkle and light symmetry of the diamond, goes beyond the traditional 4Cs approach.
