Vegan Action has granted the vegan certification logo to Aether Diamonds for their diamonds.
Founded in 2018, the environment-driven company claims to use sustainably sourced energy and carbon captured from air pollution to grow diamonds. The growing process takes three to four weeks. Each carat removes the equivalent of 20 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere, which is estimated to be higher than a regular individuals’ carbon footprint in the U.S. per year.
“We’re proud to be a company of firsts. The world’s first positive-impact diamonds. The first diamonds ever made from air. The first diamonds to remove harmful pollution from the atmosphere and now the world’s first certified vegan diamonds,” said excitedly Ryan Shearman, CEO Aether.
Vegan Action has certified products that do not contain animal products or by-products and that have not been tested on animals for 20 years and is the most trusted and best-recognised vegan logo in North America.
