Co-organised by Gems and Jewelry Trade Association of China (GAC), National Gemstone Testing Centre (NGTC), Shanghai Diamond Exchange (SDE), Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE), Shanghai Gem and Jade Association (SGJA), Shanghai Gold & Jewelry Trade Association (GJTAS), Shanghai Gem and Jade Trade Association (SGJTA) and Shenzhen Gold & Jewelry Association (SZGJA), Jewelry Shanghai will take place in the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center Hall 1 from 24- 27 June.
The show contains six exhibition areas: GAC independent jewellerydesigner, pearl, fei cui, brand, jewellery professional market and themed jewellery. Among the six, GAC independent jewellery designer area was the most popular area over years. More than 800 exhibitors will be gathered, including 52 GAC independent jewellery designers and renowned brands century-old Lao Feng Xiang Jewellery, contemporary Chinese gold jewellery brand Lao Miao, Edison Pearl, and fine statement jeweler Zhengde Dongqi (ZDDQ).
This year’s pearl area is the largest ever, with a total of 80 Tahitian pearl, golden South Sea pearl, white South Sea pearl, Akoya pearl, and freshwater pearl exhibitors. Visitors are welcomed to visit the pearl culture and metalwork experience zone for pearl oyster opening and design their own pearl jewellery.
The 2019 Jewelry Shanghai brought together more than 1,000 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, India, Italy and Russia and attracted more than 30,000 visitors.
