The 2021 edition of Jewelry Shanghai was successfully concluded last week rounding off the four-day exhibition which brought together 50,000 visitors and more than 800 exhibitors, including 52 independent jewellery designer brands of the Gems and Jewelry Trade Association of China (GAC), 80 pearl exhibitors, 21 fei cui retailers as well as 10 coloured gemstone companies nested at the United States GUILD Gem Lab pavilion.
Contemporary Chinese gold jewellery brand Lao Miao, one of the famed brand at thebrand exhibition areas, launched four jewellery collections, including: two enamel and gold series “古韻金·竹韻年年”and “IP多肉多福”, diamond jewellery line "花綻" and collaborative collection with Hong Kong feng shui master Mak Ling Ling “灼灼桃花”. The jewellery is decorated with love stone rhododendron and amethyst.
National Gemstone Testing Centre (NGTC), one of the co-organisers, provided on-site assessment services for free. It was reported that 2,191 gemstones including emeralds, emeralds, opals, rubies, etc were examined.
