Richemont’s e-tailers Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter venture into the pre-owned market first time ever in the collaboration with Watchfinder & Co.
The partnership offers 108 models and 15 new brands including Bulgari, Christian Dior, Breguet, Omega, Hublot, Patek Philippe, Rolex and Tudor, etc exclusively in the United States. The watches will be authenticated by Watchfinder’s service centre in Europe with a two-year warranty.
According to Watchfinder, the partnership allows Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter customers to discover less obvious watch makes and models. Its CEO Van de Vall highlighted Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 5015-1130-52A in the collection as the first-ever dedicated dive watch. “This collaboration represents an important next step in offering our customers a wide selection of quality timepieces from the growing pre-owned watch market while advancing our commitment to circularity and sustainability,” commented Alison Loehnis, president, Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter.
