Jewelers of America (JA) has announced the winners of its 33rd annual CASE Awards design competition on 2 August 2023. For over 30 years, JA’s design competition has celebrated custom jewellery design, recognising retail and supply members whose pieces exhibit creativity, artistry, style and excellence in jewellery design.
Ten pieces were selected by a panel of design experts out of more than 150 entries in eight categories based on overall design, marketability, originality and quality of manufacture, JA said. One retailer and a supplier entry were also named Best in Show.
“Jewelers of America’s CASE Awards design competition highlights the fine craftsmanship, creativity, and talent of Jewelers of America member designers and bench jewellers,” said JA spokesperson Amanda Gizzi. “The winners in each category are incredible examples of what consumers can expect to find at their local Jewelers of America member store.”
