Hong Kong-based amber jewellery expert Amberozia celebrated the grand opening of its third retail outlet in the city on 10 August 2016.
The new sales point is located on the second floor of Aeon Style Kornhill, a newly-renovated department store in island east. Consul-General of Poland in Hong KongMirosław Adamczyk and owners of Amberozia Nancy Chui and Alicia Kelly officiated the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Apart from carrying avant-garde amber jewellery collections from renowned Polish designer brands such as Mariusz Gliwinski, Art 7 and NAC Amber, the new store unveils the Garden collection under ‘Jamber Gems’, a new venture of Amberozia featuring a fusion of amber and natural gemstones. Natty Cheng of Fullness Gems Co, designer of the Garden collection, told Hong Kong Jewellery that she is destined to collaborate with Amberozia. “I came across Nancy at a recent jewellery fair in Hong Kong when she happened to be at another amber exhibitor’s booth. We had a very nice chat and I had a strong believe that we should do something together,” she said. Cheng’s new design features carved tusk beads, opaque gemstones in candy colours and amber.
Established in 2011, Amberozia now operates three retail locations in Hong Kong at Kai Tak Cruise Plaza, wtc and Aeon Style Kornhill.
