Evocative of bold Italian glamour and distinctive craftsmanship, World-renowned Italian jeweller Bulgari unveiled its new high jewellery and haute horlogerie collection Magnificent Inspirations in Hong Kong on 31 March 2017 with a private exhibition graced by its new brand ambassador Lottie Moss.
The exhibition was distinguished into three separate zones – Eden, Extravaganza and Roman, echoing the three facets of the collection’s inspirations and rendering a haven for over hundreds of pieces of bespoke high jewellery and haute horlogerie from the collection.
Shaped to capture the quintessence of Eden, the Eden zone was ornamented with peacock motif, emphasising the awakening qualities of nature which has always been Bulgari’s inspiration. The Extravaganza zone was coated in regal violet with exuberant firework patterns, evoking a scenic Roman holiday of jetsetters. In the Roman zone, the carpet was embellished with the brand’s iconic fan-shaped motif, enlivening the intricate mosaics of the Caracalla thermal baths. Subtly nestled in the venue was a library furnished in antique mahogany to showcase Bulgari’s prestigious haute horlogerie.
For 2017, Bulgari’snew high jewellery savours its very Italian personality – the blues of the Mediterranean, the pinks of Roman sunset, the golds of an ancient age – as it captures the colours, light, and expressivity of its homeland into three facets of inspiration: daring Italian Extravaganza, romantic Mediterranean Eden, and mythical Roman Heritage.
The Magnificent Inspirationscollection will be exhibited at Bulgari’s boutiques at Landmark Chater and Pacific Place from 3 to 16 April 2017 in Hong Kong.
