The World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) announces its Executive Committee meeting and Asian Summit will be hosted by the Moscow Diamond Bourse (MDB) in Vladivostok, Russia. The latter one will be on 26 and 27 August, the former one will be held a day prior to the latter one. Both of them are sponsored by Alrosa. WFDB president Ernie Blom said “We are delighted to be hosted in Vladivostok and look forward to some very serious discussions ahead of the World Diamond Congress in two-month-time.”
MDB has sent invitations to the Governor of the Far Eastern region, the Governor of Yakutia and the mayor of Vladivostok. MDB president Alex Popov said that the Asian Summit would be well attended. Representatives of the Russian Federation's Finance Ministry will be there.
